The purpose of the Women’s ministry is for the spiritual growth of women, both those in the church and those in the community through mentorship, small group engagement, biblical training, nurture and personal growth and affirmation. The TRue women will:
1. Recognize the individualism of all women.
2. Respect all women's gifts and talents.
3. Recognize that women are not just wives and mothers, but have an active role to play in Kingdom building and community outreach.

Seminars/ Small Group Discussions/Fellowship Opportunities Focusing on the TOTAL Woman:
Naomi Empowered Women (N.E.W)
N.E.W. is a group designed to promote and build friendships between older and younger women. Titus 2:3-5 places the responsibility for teaching and disciplining younger women upon mature, godly women. The experience, empathy, maturity, and spirituality of the “seasoned” women create an enormously powerful reservoir of untapped, God-given strength from which lost and broken women may gain strength and empowerment. Women need it; scripture commands it. The following guidelines are suggested:
1. Make a one-year commitment to a N.E.W. partnership.
2. Contact each other once a week and meet at least once a month. Do things together—whether it be Bible study, shopping, learning a new skill, or just going to lunch. Each set of partners is free to do what they want as long as they work on the relationship and uphold Holy and righteous standards.
3. Pray for and WITH each other.
Women of Wellness (W.O.W)
The purpose of W.O.W. is to minister to hearts that have been broken by the loss of a spouse or other significant relationship.
GOALS:
1. To reach out with love and understanding to those who have lost loved ones through death, particularly widows. To provide an atmosphere where they can express their grief and be ministered to.
2. To provide an understanding of the grieving process to those who are experiencing loss. To deal with this from a Biblical perspective.
3. To provide a time when hurting people can meet together for fellowship, sharing of needs, Bible study and prayer.
4. To get these experienced, gifted women active again by involving them in areas of the church where they feel comfortable.
R.O.C.K (Return Our Children to the Kingdom)
The purpose of the ROCK program is to encourage parents who have children facing incarceration, addiction or affliction. We provide an arena in which parents can 1) overcome separation and guilt, 2) find support in one another in mutual concern, 3) develop skills to build back relationships with their children and their families and 4) intercede for their children in prayer.
B.I.B. Brunches
Small group ministries are an ideal way to meet women's needs through smaller and more intimate engagements.
Anointed Working Women (AWW):
This group focuses on working women trying to balance career and Christ.
